Information regarding the treatment of personal data in relation to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree Ną 196 of 2003. "Data Protection Provisions Act) (herein the "Act").
In addition to what is outlined in the "Privacy policy" section of the www.oilonline.it site (hereinafter the "site"), we hereby offer you information on the treatment of your personal data with regard to the services offered by the site following the registration.
Aims and approach
All personal data held, both at the point of registration and during the compilation of your personal profile, etc., will be handled in compliance with Art. 4 of the Act., through the automated archiving in the information system of Eni Spa for ends connected to the activities of the site and the services available and to follow up on eventual requests made by users and submitted by email. Eni SpA may use such data without the explicit consent of the users under the terms outlined in Art: 24 of the Act.
Subjects that may have access to data
Data treatment is carried out by authorised personnel of Eni SpA and/or third-party companies conducting technical, organisational or operative tasks on behalf of Eni, with direct responsibility for data handling. In particular, data is handled by the personnel of AGI SpA, that has been nominated as the body responsible for data treatment.
Your personal data will not be diffused and personal data that may be provided will be exclusively provided to public or private bodies in compliance with current legislation.
You will, however, be able to insert additional information in the section called "my profile" and to select with which other users to register, permit access to such data as well as to make public your name and surname, country, email on the web in the section "Oil People" of the site.
Optional permission to use data and the consequences of an eventual refusal
The inclusion of data is optional but limited to the data required for registration is necessary for the provision of the services available on the site. Any eventual omission of data or refusal to submit data may make it impossible for Eni SpA to meet users' requests submitted by email. Given that data will be exclusively used for the provision of the services requested, your explicit consent is not necessary.
The publication of your name and surname, country and email on the web in the section "Oil People" and access by others Users registered for data by you in the section "my profile" may only be effected with your explicit consent to be indicated in the special pages of the site. The eventual omission of consent for the publication and communication of the data here outlines will not undermine in any way access to and use of the services offered by the site.
Rights
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data and the know the content and origin of the same, check the correctness or request its completion, updating and/or correction,. You also have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the total block of data handled in violation of the law, as well as the possibility of opposing, for legitimate reasons, their treatment (Art. 7 of the Act).

The holder of the right to handle data is Eni SpA, which has its headquarters in Piazzale Mattei 1, 00144 Rome, Italy. The person nominated by the company with responsibility for the handling of personal data is the head of Picoras Programmazione e Controllo Attivitą di Comunicazione e Rapporti con Associazioni residing at Eni S.p.A, Piazzale Enrico Mattei, 1 -00144 Roma, to whom reference should be made for requests for a complete list of the individuals responsible for data treatment at Eni SpA and for the exercise of rights as per Art: 7 of the Act.
