Houston - BP's former CEO Tony Hayward, obliged to resign following the Gulf of Mexico incident, is once again in the news just as the British oil company has announced it has reached a turning point. According to the Oslo newspaper Finansavisen, Hayward, currently the head of the Genel Energy Group, which has high levels of liquidity, intends to buy out the Norwegian-owned DNO and its oil licenses in Iraqi Kurdistan.
